In line with strategic plans and policy guidelines of Sense International India, the person will work with the team lead by Head - Capacity Building in planning, implementation, and evaluation of capacity building initiatives with project partners. S/he will also participate in and contribute towards development of wider institutional strategy.
The position requires supporting partner organisations through training and skill building activities and support to Children and Young Adults with Deafblindness and their Families’. The position also requires executing and building content, documentation, and monitoring quality of services at partner organisations.

There is a broad scope to this post within Sense International India. The position also necessitates building capacity of partner organisations by supporting through content knowledge, training and skill building activities and within the organisation so as to be the knowledge leader in the field of deafblindness.

This is very much a developmental job and the areas of responsibility will increase over a period of time.
