Working closely with the Vertical Head and the Networks Development team, Lead - Network Development will be responsible to drive forward our Networks Development initiatives so that we are able to engage with our primary stakeholders proactively and consistently.
Sense India has a growing Advocacy and Network Development team. There is a broad scope to this post within Sense India. It is in line with the strategic plan and policy guidelines of the organisation. The key area will be to ensure growth of Networks through quality interventions based on effective implementation and monitoring. Position holder will be contributing for Networks Development as per Sense India strategy and operational plans, by effectively managing systems of Networks planning, development and management.

Sense India is expanding its scope and activities and is setting up a team of highly motivated and qualified professionals to lead its growth.
Working closely with the Assistant Manager – Individual Engagement, the Team Leader – Telecalling will play a key role in raising funds for Sense India by implementing effective donor acquisition and retention strategies. This will be achieved through telecalling outreach and, where applicable, face-to-face donor engagement.
Sense India has a well-established, experienced telecalling team based in Ahmedabad and Bangalore. The Team Leader will be a vital member of this team, responsible for managing and supporting telecallers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of fundraising activities.

Reports to : Master Specialist - Programme
Location : Ahmedabad / Bengaluru / Delhi although the job will involve travel to projects on a regular basis.
Salary : Salary offered at Sense International India is equivalent to market rates within the development sector. However, offers shall be based on previous salary history, relevant experience and qualifications of the individual.

There is a broad scope to this post within Sense International India. In line with Sense International India's strategic plans and policy guidelines to work under the leadership of Master Specialist - Programme, in planning, implementing and monitoring agreed objectives / issues with Sense International India partners. The person will participate and contribute to the development of wider institutional strategy.
It is anticipated and hoped that the nature of the post will change as the work continues to develop.
