The project aims to bring in a holistic approach towards setting up education and other needs-based services in the regions of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh for persons with deafblindness and multiple disabilities while working in partnership with local NGOs and other stakeholder like the local governments, education department, educators, caregivers and parents to establish a strong deafblind service infrastructure in the 10 district locations and also ensure its long-term sustainability.

The focus lies on early Intervention programme for 0-6 years old children, education programme for 6-18 years old children, vocational training and Income generation activities for youths above 18 years of age and training, capacity building and sensitization of parents, teachers, NGO professionals and other stakeholders leading to advocacy and networking.
